Notes: Well, today sucked. But it was a good suck. Squats were damn hard, but i did 5 triples at 355 which is awesome considering my best ever single was 368. Prowler was terrible. I'm going to start doing longer prowlers outside on m / w / f and shorter heavier ones on t / thu. Gotta dial in this diet a little harder. I'm thinking i'm only going to backload my carbs on sunday and tuesday night in prep for my heavy squat / deadlift work and go no carbs monday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday. That plus prowler should drop me down where i want to be conditioning / weight wise. I want to get back down to 190 which i think will be doable. Onto the next one.
