Notes: Blerg. Felt like complete shit tonight. Head hurt, felt vomitty. Bench was slow and heavy, dropped 10 lbs from reverse banded bench from tuesday. Might be a common trend considering it always takes me longer to recover upper body than lower. Still felt tuesday's session. But i finished it out and hit everything i needed to numbers-wise.

But these are the days that its most important to train i think. It determines what your priorities are in your life. Its not always going to be easy, but thats why people are overweight or weak. I believe to an extent its a choice how you go through life. You can fight and be strong, or accept being weak or overweight. Its not easy and that's why there's not alot of really strong and in-shape people in this world now. I had this conversation with someone the other day actually. It's interesting to see exactly what people prioritize in their lives - money, material objects, etc. In this world of material possessions and wealth, no amount of money or objects can give you what you get from the gym. You earn every rep, every pound you add to the bar, and every result you derive from your efforts. It's one of the last things in life that cannot be given or bought, which is one of the reasons i think i love it so much.  It takes sacrifice, commitment, and hard work- but in the end it all depends on if that matters to you. You have to earn the right to be strong, every day, and no one can give it to you.
