Notes: Holy shit today sucked. Last months 95% deadlift day sucked too so i figured it would. Maybe the first 2 sets at 395 felt ok, then it was all downhill. Belt was digging into me, felt slow, probably round back as hell, but i finished it out. I thought given the sludge fest that was deadlifts squats would blow but 300 felt pretty easy. At least alot easier than 300 has ever felt on my back. Skipped good mornings and clean pulls, kinda ran out of time and gas. Hit some prowler about 2 hours later to hit more conditioning work. Ready to finish out this training week and this cycle.
