Last week was a deload, and ain't nobody care about no deload. This is going to be week 1 of the last month of 10x10. I'm 190# so i'm really close body weight wise to where i want to be. I'd ideally like to just stay at 185# or slightly under, but the volume training in addition to the fasting is working so i'm sticking with the combination. I think by the end of the month i'll be down to where i want to be bodyweight wise. I felt really awesome coming off this past deload. It's always hard taking a break and dialing it back, but if you commit to it and understand why you need a mental and physical break, the next week when you turn it back on feels good. I'm adding in some carbs to the post workout window after going to a seminar with John Romaniello and Adam Bornstein. These guys were the utmost of nice and professional. They knew their shit, and they didn't address any questions or information in a condescending manner. It's always great when you meet people you read about online or have somewhat of a celebrity status in the strength community but they're actually cool people. I highly recommend their book "Engineering the Alpha" or attending a seminar if you have the chance. Roman is equally as jacked in person as he looks on the interwebz too. Anyway, not much to report. Month 2 of 10x10 has begun. Bring the DOMs.
