Deadlift

Good Mornings
  • 115 x 10
  • 135 x 3 x 10

Notes: Good day today. Squats were heavier but nothing too bad, deadlifts got heavy towards the end, good mornings felt off at 115 but seemed to clean up at 135. I think the heavier weight pushes me into the position a little easier. Ready for tomorrow.
