Notes: Really late session tonight, started around 9:15 and went until about 11:00. Drove home to bang out dips on my bar. Right shoulder and left knee are feeling kinda odd, not 100%, but definitely not less than 90%. Just noticeable tenderness, but it doesn't limit anything. More so just aware of them at rest, but no real pain at rest or in training. Going to watch them and make sure im recovering. I guess if you dont have a few minor aches and pains, your not really training all that hard to begin with.
