Notes: Only got 6.5 hours of sleep and i was definitely feeling it today. Nothing major hit all my lifts and percentages, just noticed the tank wasn't 100% full, but thats ok, i feel like those are the times where you have to man up and train through a less than ideal situation. Deadlifts definitely got heavy on set 2, but i belted for sets 3+4 and felt faster. Working on driving my knees over my foot more, trying to push more laterally and stop letting valgus happen in my squats too, but i'm starting to like low bar squats again. Time for carbs and bed.
