Notes: Kinda banged up from yesterday, which im pretty jacked up about. Not that im a gluten for punishment, but i hate leaving the gym and not feeling pretty tired and spent. But again, im at 75% for a reason this week. This bears repeating because im stubborn. I'm glad i can put my coaching in the hands of someone else, especially someone this experienced, so i can just forget about overanalyzing shit and train. Everything felt good today. Had to rush home to do weighted dips on my dip bar, which was a shit ton nicer than taking two bars and rubber banding them down to a power rack, but hey, gotta do what you gotta do. Week 1 of powerlifting prep in the book, ready for the 2nd.
