Notes: Felt good, deadlifts were faster than i expected at 290. Looking forward to tomorrow. Crushed some sushi tonight in my backloading window. Kinda wondering how this whole thing is going to workout. According to bioeletrical impedance, i went from 15.9% bf to 15.1% bf in 4 days. The standard deviation of BI is roughly 4% and depends a lot on hydration, but im keeping my weighing and BI around the same time every morning first thing, so hoping this is accurate-ish.
