Notes: Woa. Serious PR today. Never hit 315 for multiple sets, but hit is for 3 easy sets of 5. Felt awesome. Deadlifts were good, not too heavy, and good mornings sucked as always cause i hate them. Pretty excited about today. Time for rice, steak, and CSCS prep.
