Notes: Bench felt a bit heavy / slow, but 225 has never felt amazing. My butt stayed pretty glued to the bench but my right arm feels like almost like my lat is relaxing and it isnt keeping my elbow in tight and im sort of bleeding energy / force on the concentric part of the lift. Gotta try to stay tighter. That shoulder area has been making noises recently and is starting to have a dull pain, but whatever. Going to train through it for a bit and try to recover better with fish oil / heated pads and if it doesnt clean up ill worry about it then. Another one in the books.
