Squats

  • 275 x 3
  • 300 x 4 x 3

Notes: Today was hard. Real hard. 365 x 3 x 5 looks a lot better on paper than it felt coming off the floor. Tomorrow morning is gonna suck. Squats were ok at 300, still heavy but not impossible by any means. I was supposed to do good mornings and cleans today but that stuff literally took about an hour and 45 minutes, then i had to coach weightlifting. Eating a crapton of food, studying, then passing out.
