Notes: Holy crap 330 for a set of 8. Today is 100% of my training max (10% off actual max) for a max rep set and today i hit 8 damn reps. Really jacked up about that. I had a spotter make sure i didnt eat it and i honestly didnt remember how many reps i did. Lucky he was counting for me. According to the 1RM calculations, that means my 1RM on squat is about 418. If i hit 420-425 at the meet ill be ecstatic. Feeling like every day i train, the next day im stronger than ive ever been in my whole life. Loving it
