Notes: Fuck fuckity fuck. Goddamn bench press. I have never been a good bench presser, much to my bro-dismay. No one ever asks you what you squat, unless they are educated and relatively intelligent regarding strength training, its always what do you bench? It's totally stupid for me to want to bench more for the sake of saying i can bench more, but goddamn it, i train hard, and i want to bench decent numbers that reflect that training. I know i need to be patient, and its a marathon not a sprint, but i get frustrated with myself easily in regards to training. I feel like as a future / aspiring strength coach, i should be strong, and if i don't have the ability to get stronger via my knowledge of the subject matter and determination, how am i going to make anyone else strong, much less have them believe in what i say enough to trust me? 

I really wanted 240 for 7 reps because then my estimated single would have been 295, and ive been wanting to break 300 on bench press ever since i saw someone bench 315 in real life. The goal for the meet is now 305. I fucking want 305. 435 squat 460 dead and a 305 bench would give me a 1200 lbs total. Those are the tentative numbers i want to hit.

Everything else was pretty good on tonight's training. I got really pissed off after the bench sets so i pretty much burned through the rest of the session easily. Being pissed off is mother nature's preworkout. Deadlift max tomorrow. Potatoes chicken then getting some rest.
