Notes: Estimated 1RM for deadlift is now 460. Chyea. Definitely a rough set, but thats why its a max set i suppose. Squats were really heavy after the deadlifts. I wrapped for every set at 315. Knees are coming in, but im not sure how much of that was me being tired and how much was just weak stabilization / true valgus. Keeping an eye on it. Beat to shit right now, never been so excited for a deload. Just want to sleep and eat.
