Notes: Thats a wrap on 100% week and im beat to shit. Not sure how i feel about 165x5 on press. Its good, and it puts me at a projected 190, but i guess im never satisfied, good and bad i suppose. Everything else was good. Only 6.5 hours of sleep after yesterdays beatdown, so i was kinda dragging butt the whole time, but i grinded it out.
