Notes: Bench and press were good. Reverse banded press is going to give me more bench volume and ideally work the lockout because at the top the bands aren't helping the lift any, so it gets progressively more difficult as you get to the lockout. Bench and press were the 2 lifts that moved the least this past month after maxing, so i want to bring them up. Rows and dips were ok. Matt brought the prowler to the gym, so i did that after everything. Trying to condition as efficiently as possible, 3-4 times a week now. It took 8 minutes to run 10 trips and it sucked hard as shit. Excited for this month of training because matt bruce and matt vincent are going to be training at red stick. Ready to get strong, lean out some, and learn as much as i possibly can.
