Notes : Well. PRed on bench today by 10 lbs. Like a solid 15 lbs off my estimated best, but that's probably why they call it estimated. Initially i was kinda pissed about this, but after Matt calmed me down and explained that in 9 weeks i put 10 pounds on my bench when some people cant put 10 lbs on their bench in an entire year. If i put 10 lbs on my bench ever 9 weeks, thats almost 50 lbs in a year, which would be pretty stout. I just need to focus long term and not right now. Did some different lockout work today, took a 2 inch pad and put it under my shirt and benched to it. About half the range of motion, working on speed and locking out something heavy. Also did banded dips, so the band was around my traps and it got harder as i got closer to lockout. Sucked. Onto deadlift max tomorrow. My spine already hurts.
