Notes : 40# pr on deadlifts today. That was nice. I thought my back was really really round, but after watching the video of it, it wasnt near as bad as i thought it was. Holding better extension than the last time i maxed at 425. Probably had a little more in the tank honestly, maybe 485, but 3 heavy grinds back to back took a toll on me. Ill save it and hopefully get 500 soon enough. Everything else was good. Pretty happy with this today.
After talking to my coach again today, he told me i basically put 90 lbs on my entire total in a matter of 9 weeks, which is pretty amazing. Wondering whats in store for next time i total after the next cycle. Time to eat and rest, going for a 185 press tomorrow.
